ITECH doesn’t like surprises, well, if it’s our birthday, maybe a card, and a small cake, but that’s why we take our partner relation program very seriously.
We’ve done all the hard work finding new customers and onboarding them, now it’s time to manage their expectations and deliver on our promises.
We don’t want to pester our partners, but ITECH will always be there when they need us. For advice, supplies, support and even virtual coffees (well, just for now) should you just want a chat?
Over the years we have refined and developed our partner program to offer the individual support and guidance they need. From the Account Managers regular calls to the annual strategical meeting with Directors, we will support and nurture our customers evolving strategy.
